desktop themes: openSUSE Forums: kernel panic

Hello,
Having a little trouble here, everytime I reboot or shut down the system, I get this message:

kernel panic - not syncing watchdog detected hard lockup on cpu
  [sched_delayed] sched: RT throttling activated

I'm using OpenSUSE 12.2
Kernel : 3.4.11-2.16-desktop x86_64
