GNU R-Project

I've seen from other posts that a few people here are using GNU R... but I'm having a bit of trouble finding it in Software Manager or with zypper. I'll admit I'm more comfortable finding things in apt (Deb/Ubu) so it may be I'm not looking the right way, or in the right places.

I managed to find R-base in Software Manager, but only because I happened to find rkward in passing and it listed r-base as a dependency. Other dependencies such as R-survival for example... I can't find in Software Manager even searching explicitly for those terms. I've been trying with and without case-sensitivity turned on, searching the descriptions, etc.

Is nothing but the R-base package included in the SuSE repos? Nothing like the CRAN packages available in Debian?
