Newbie: openSUSE irregularity? Dec 18th 2012, 00:55 I am becoming frustrated with the boot irregularity that seems to affect me, both when I restart the computer and when I wake from sleep mode. It seems as if things are constantly changing; it forgets my Synaptik settings, forcing me to input them again; it mutes my audio; it forgets my xmodmaprc and requires I run it again; and so on. What is going on? I'm sure I can't be the only one having this trouble. 12.2 x64, KDE.
