Windows Partition marked as not active after opensuse 12.2 Jan 4th 2013, 15:11 I can not hibernate Windows 7 now because the Windows partition is marked as not active after installing opensuse 12.2. If I reactivate the partition how will that effect Grub 2. Grub 2 is booting from an extended partition where suse 12.2 is installed. I don't want to activate the windows partition and then make my system unbootable into either windows or suse and have to use the recovery CD and a lot of extra time.
