Noisy playback of .wmv video files. Jan 15th 2013, 03:34 First time poster... Sound and video were working fine. Suddenly any time I play a wmv video with Kaffeine or VLC the sound is noisy. Other formats seem to be fine. wmv files play fine in Dragon. I believe, but don't know how to prove that this is associated with the update to win32 codecs on January 11th. That's about when it started. Is there an easy way to roll back the win32 codecs one version? Am running openSUSE 12.2 (x86_64) KDE 4.85 release 2 Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
