how to access to openSUSE KDE Desktop from Windows 8 using VNC?

Hi!
I am using openSUSE 12.2 (i586) on vmware. I am trying to connect from win8 to kde desktop.
I edited startup script xstartup file like this

  /usr/bin/startkde

I typed http://suse-ip-address:5807/ from windows browser I logged in and saw that kde4 is loading (I thing I am using kde4 not sure.) and when I saw the kde desktop completely, my session is closed.
