In yast the advice is to set ntp and audit.d in the boot-process.
When I go there (new install, 64bit, 12.2, no audit.d daemon is available. Unlike the documentation where it is listed (and should be activated by default). What could be the issue?
- is it in your daemon listing?
- has it been removed in 12.2 because of system.d?
I tried to
Code:
su -
systemctl unmask audit.d.service
to see if it had been deactivated and masked but not, the prompt returns without error or comment.
Audit.d is missing and I do not see where it is activated.
Before reporting a bug I ask if anybody knows why.
Cheers.
