My system is DELL Latitude E6410 and according to openSUSE forum, I run /sbin/lspci –nnk and the results are as follows.

According to the forum, they advise to install or download using zipper command. But my problem is that I don't have (actually can't accessible wired internet connection because I am using shared Internet Connection). What I am meaning to say is that I can't get online and use zypper commands.
So, I would like to know is there any way to install wireless driver offline? I will download using Windows 7 and install later on openSUSE. Is that even possible?

Another problem with my graphic card is when I start the openSUSE system, I can't see all things. The only thing I am seeing is Black and White and some colors only. But after Log Out, all goes to normal. And also I notice that when I reach the bottom or end of documents or in GNOME Terminal the screen flicker a lot. Is that a Graphic Card Driver problem?

Since I am very new to Linux and openSUSE please guide me in simplest way to above two problems. After I can go online I will start learning openSUSE :-D .

Thanks A Lot….
