Multi CD game backup installs under WINE Oct 31st 2012, 05:20 Hi all, I have been having an issue for some time involving multi-CD game installs under WINE, mainly because of a funky mount point (thus wine eject doesn't work, an issue I am attempting to fix). While I was looking into a solution to the problem a long time ago, I noticed that many people like to backup the install CDs and run the install from backup folders on a HDD. I was just curious how one does this using WINE? Do you have to fake a WINE drive for each disk backup folder or create a symbolic link? What am I missing? Thanks
