翻译了openSUSE的部分WIKI，提交提示没权限 Sep 17th 2012, 01:33 RT，本人在查看WIKI的时候，发现部分WIKi的英文版要新一些，然后更新了部分中文版，提交的时候提示需要'用户'权限，怎样做？
